I thought Id put together a little episode and share with you all one of my old video parts from Capitas First Kiss. Then take this down time to fill you in on a little of whats happening in my little world of sponsorship. Most people just assume that once youre pro its easy sailing, Youre set Sometimes I myself think Im in the clear and that all my sponsors are stoked. Summit at Snoqualmie hosted the 5th annual Holy Oly Quarterpipe contest once again this year. The Holy Oly is a snowboard contest founded by Krush Kulesza, the snowboard marketing director of Summit-at-Snoqualmie, after he had a discussion with Mike Ranquet over some "barley pop" one night. They were talking about whether it would be cool if Krush repainted the old Olympia Can water tower over at Hyak, the Summit-at-Snoqualmie's secret weekend-only powder stash.
